[OpenAFS-Doc] document libexec

If one starts changing the paths the ALL the (pdf, htm, pod)documents should
be changed.

This is a non trivial task as some of use compile with the
--with-transarc-paths set on...

My Latex version did have settable paths depending on the architecture at
one time but I'd have to find the sources.

Hi,

Yesterday i struggled a little bit with a multihomed
machine to get the fileserver to listen only on specific
interface. The reason of vos listaddrs returning nothing.
With the help of cclausen i finally managed it but i would
like to document this behaviour now.

So i checked out the cvs tree and wondered where i would
have to document the rxbind option of some of the services?
In the pod8/{fileserver,...}.pod?
Can i just send a patch to this list?
Which format then, unified?

Btw. i see the old paths are used in this file. What would
be the policy regarding this paths as these are the old
transarc paths.

Another point as i first thought of putting it in the wiki,
but the wiki is rather old and i am not sure if it is still
used much.
Would it be a good idea to add something like a recipe
manpage or html file somewhere.

Which could include something like:

Q The fileserver uses the hostname to get its own address
but i want it to bind to another interface only.

A Use the NetRestrict and NetInfo files and add the rxbind
    switch to the BosConfig ...

or something like that. Maybe update the wiki instead, hm.

Thanks

P.S. Uhm is there a mercurial mirror of the repo somewhere
cvs is so .. oh well :)
