[OpenAFS-Doc] TODO for man-pages

I noticed in the latest check-in that this is still in doc/man-pages/README:

  * I'm fairly sure that the fileserver man page no longer documents all
     of the fileserver options.

However, as of the fileserver updates that were done in March, all of
the arguments are up to date: args mentioned in man pages are in sync
with the source.

Reports or fixes of typos or issues are welcomed, of course, but the
option list is complete as of then, so the above comment in the README
can be removed.
