[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.0.1 release available

An OpenAFS 1.0.1 release is available in source form, and as Debian
(Potato) and Redhat (6.2) RPMS. 

You can always find the latest OpenAFS release at
http://www.openafs.org/release/latest.html

The code has been built and verified on Debian Potato, Redhat 6.2 and 7.0,
and Solaris 7. Solaris 7 binaries and RedHat 7.0 RPMS will be available in
a few days.
