[OpenAFS] Installing OpenAFS on RH7.0

   The problem was that the RH7.0 installer left me with a /etc/hosts 
file that had 127.0.0.1 in it (instead of the actual IP that I gave 
it).  When I cleaned up the hosts file, I started making progress again.

   So far so good.... rebooting the server now to see if stuff starts up 
automatically...
