[OpenAFS] Strange Behavior of Openafs-1.1.1

As an answer to the second question, everything seems to load without error. 

The first is a bit more difficult, I will recompile and try without the ext3
patch but I will say this configuration functioned perfectly with the 2.4.3
kernel...
