[OpenAFS] New NT package corrupted

There is a new NT package Install.exe that was released on 7/31/2001 in the
download area on www.openafs.org site. I suppose it fixs the version
mismatch problem (betweenthe client and the server confiiguration) in the
previous package.

Unfortunately, this package is corrupted. I downloaded twice, from two
machines, and both times it was unable to finish un-packing with a complain
about the corrupted file.

Please check.
