[OpenAFS] Server AND client ?

'bos' is still a 'client' application ('bosserver' is not).

Yes, you can have just a client on your machine, but you need to point
it at an existing AFS Cell (set of servers) for the client to be
useful.  You should be able to use an existing umich AFS cell as your
cell.
