[OpenAFS] overide 8 char userids?

My guess is that this limit is in uss (which I've never used), because
it's making the assumption that usernames should match the Unix
username which traditionally has been limited to 8 characters. I am
_fairly_ sure that neither Kerberos nor PTServer have an 8-character
limit.
