[OpenAFS] DUX5.0a/openafs 1.1.1 and sia auth...

I have a AlphaServer 2100 5/250 with tru64 5.0a and openafs 1.1.1, afs
starts with no problem and klog is possible but logins using SIA cause a
panic...
