[OpenAFS] mail spool on AFS

hi,

concurrent access to a file is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. The
mail spool for our site uses one big mail file, not the maildir style of
mail spool. All I know is that pine, dtmail, and others where changed to
use the IMAP server to avoid the problem. It seems to work.

Sincerely,
