[OpenAFS] Disconnected operation

Because AFS seems to use UDP, it should be quite capable of surviving on a
configuration where the client is on a dialup ISDN line. Is that the case or
are there special precautions to be aware of? I'd be quite happy with
occasionaly getting processes in disk-wait status, but crashes etcetera would
be less fun :-)
