[OpenAFS] openafs-1.2.2 and 2.2.19-6.2.12 kernel

Note that /usr/include/rx is not part of the source tree.  If
you look at /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/openafs-1.2.2/include/rx/rx.h
you will find the _real_ include file.

Are you building from the SRPM again?  If not, try it again.
