[OpenAFS] Performace Settings

I was wondering whether or not anyone has done testing to see what settings
allow for the best performance with OpenAFS.  I've been running standard AFS,
but we haven't changed our settings since the days of machines with 400MB hard
drives.  In todays world, with 20gig drives, the old values probably aren't
giving optimum performance. I have to figure out what settings should be changed
and to what values others have them set to.
