[OpenAFS] OAFS Setup Question - RedHat 7.1 - 2.4.2-2

Everything works or was worked out for the compilation part; most of the
setup went ok, but when I tried to initialize cell security:
#kas -cell mycell - noauth
ka> create afs
initial_password: password
Verifying ....
Creating user afs: [_____] server or network not responding.
Does anyone know what's wrong could it be?
