[OpenAFS] Windows 2K authentication problem

Hi, I'm using Openafs for W2K, but I can't authenticate in any cell, the 
error message is:

Error: 11862791 (AFS service may not have started)

The afs processes are up and running and when I use a wrong password, 
the message is "Error 62: (password was incorrect)".

What is my problem??
