[OpenAFS] OpenAfs build on Irix IP35

I don't know why the build of modules for IP35 should depend on the
existence of /usr/include/SN/SN1. After running configure I edited
src/libafs/MakefileProto.IRIX and added IP35 at the PROCESSORS line for
sgi_65. That worked.
