[OpenAFS] Installing AFS on a linux box

Mohan,

You should continue to CC openafs-info in your replies.  There are
many people there who can help even though they did not answer your
question first time around..  I've forwarded your response back
to the list (see below).

I do believe that RX and/or Ubik specifically ignore loopback, so you
CANNOT use 127.0.0.1 as your address.  You _must_ use a "real" IP
Address.  You must also give it a 'stable' IP address; if you're using
DHCP and your address is subject to change, then nobody will be able
to find your cell (including your AFS clients).
