[OpenAFS] change in root.afs stays invisible until client restart

Indeed I did. I used "rpm -Uvh" for upgrading and got no errors. (I
checked again, the file date suggests that it is the 1.2.2 version of
afsd. I also shut down afs prior to upgrading.) It looks like I need to
reboot the machine anyway - the AFS stuff is in a bad state:

# ls -l /afs
ls: /afs: Not a directory
