[OpenAFS] runntp missing

For RedHat, I'd suggest:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.2/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/ntp-4.1.0-4.i386.rpm

When setting up your server, just skip the steps for creating the runntp
bos service.
