[OpenAFS] IBM withdrawing AFS

Announcement 902-085 on IBMLink today says that AFS 3.6 will be withdrawn.
It goes on to say:

On or after the dates below, you can no longer obtain these programs
directly from IBM. You can obtain these programs on an as-available basis
through IBM authorized remarketers.

Withdrawals Effective July 8, 2002, with Service Extension to June 30, 2003

Interestingly, DCE for 2 of the platforms has been superceded rather than
withdrawn.
