The "source" port for klog, pts, vos, bos, etc are all "dynamic" at
the client-side.  They are fixed at the server side.  You also need to
open up the backwards ports for the fileserver to callback to the
client (port 7001 on the client, ports 7000 and 7003 on the servers)
