[OpenAFS] afsd chrashs on SuSE Linux 7.2 and 7.3

Unfortunately this is probably due to a kernel patch that SuSE applies
that OpenAFS does not understand and correct. Most likely it is a
change to the inode structure or sub-structure that needs to be
initialized but is not (because AFS doesn't know about it).
