[OpenAFS] Time Sync?

The cell openafs.org runs one fileserver in Europe/Stockholm and one in
USA/Pittsburgh . I have seen no problems, this is because computers use
UTC-time when they communicate with each other.

UTC-time is the same all over the universe.
