[OpenAFS] firewall'ed machine cause slowdown

Yup.  Same problem, three times in the last few weeks and once a while
back before that.  I believe it affects pretty much all of the currently
available file server software.  Per the recent thread on openafs-devel,
there's going to be a fix in OpenAFS 1.2.7; I don't know what the ETA is
for that.
