[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.2.2b interferes with MS task scheduler?

Hi All,
    Yesterday I installed OpenAFS 1.2.2b on my Windows 2000/SP2 Professional
workstation.  The software has been working fine.  One anomaly that I have
noticed is that my Windows Task Scheduler service (mstask.exe) is now
generating errors and quiting.  The timing between this "all of a sudden"
error and installing OpenAFS seems to be more than just coincidental.  Has
anyone else seen this problem?  Thanks in advance.
