[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.2.2b interferes with MS task scheduler?

Hi Michael,
     Thanks for the info about OpenAFS version 1.2.6 .  I installed it and,
at first I was hopeful they had fixed my problem since the task scheduler
didn't die right away.  Unfortunately, it crashed about 4 hours later.  So,
whatever piece of the code was changed, it appeared to affect the problem in
a positive way.  Hopefully, it will be fixed in the not too distant future.

I have seen this exact issue. After a while other software starts crashing
too with same error, but 4 out of 5 times it is mstask.exe.

Try the 1.2.6 windows client someone posted  on this list a short while ago.
I do not know if it fixes this issue, but worth a shot
