[OpenAFS] Small suggestion for RH spec file?

The historical reason is because of ls -F /afs.  I wonder if publicizing
-dynroot more would cut down on the number of people who feel the need to
run with restricted CellServDB files.

MacOS X still has issues, though.  (Not that this affects the Red Hat spec
files.)
