[OpenAFS] Openafs on LInux RH 7.2 + kernel 2.4.9-21

Grr, this was a badly-applied patch.  It will affect the RH7.1 RPMS as
well.  It's my fault.  Sorry.

I'll go rebuild the RPMS for 7.1 and pass an updated SPEC to Derrick
(or he can add the 'if' there himself and up the release #)
