[OpenAFS] Moving AFS server processes

It looks like AFS is still looking for the old server. When I did this, I
get:
afsd: All AFS daemons started.
<hang for about 30 seconds>
afs: lost contact with file server <old server> in cell <cellname> (all
multi-homed ipaddresses down for the server).
The above message twice, then:
afsd: Can't mount AFS on /afs(22)
