[OpenAFS] National chars. sets problem? (Win 95/98 AFS client)

Hi all,

   some of our users experienced strange problem running OpenAFS 1.2.2
clients on Win 95/98 (either English or localized (Czech) versions).

There is possibility to create file/directories on AFS tree containing
national language characters (win 1250cp) with Win95/98 clients, but these
clients are than unable to access such files/dirs anymore :-(( AFAIK these
files/dir can be accessed by any other clients (Windows NT/2000, Unix) in
normal way.

Because of subject of our non-technically oriented users, this could be
significant problem in our further deployment of campus-wide FS
infrastructure :-((

Does someone (non)discovered similar problems with national characters sets??
