[OpenAFS] Moving Volumes

Assuming you are moving a Read/Write volume, you might experience two
_short_ outages.  The volume move process is:
        1) clone the volume on the source
        2) copy the clone to the destination
        3) "atomically" copy the changes made to the source since the
           clone and move the RW to the destination
        4) remove the source

You might notice short outages at steps 1 and 3.  However, note that
most of the move operation is in step 2....
