[OpenAFS] Fix for Alpha linux build

This needs to happen in order for alpha linux builds to work (against CVS 
head):

For the uninitiated, after making the change you must re-run 'regen.sh' 
and 'configure'.

There appears to be some scattered fuzziness regarding afs sysnames.  
Some are in the form "os_XX" and others "osXX".  The linux alpha build was
(I guess) caught in the middle.
