[OpenAFS] pioctl failed.

Did you previously have AFS installed?  Are you sure you are
running consistent user-space and kernel-modules (i.e. the
same OpenAFS versions)?  Did you actually start AFS (i.e.
can you see data in /afs/in2p3.fr without tokens)?
