[OpenAFS] kas-to-kadmin migration?!

I should have been clearer:
We have shell scripts that call the kas program.

What I am looking for is a script that replaces the kas binary and
would translate the kas commands to kadmin commands. After
tranlating the kadmin binary would be executed with the translated
command.
