Do you mean in your HPUX only have one fileserver process?

my create fileserver instance command line:
bos create -server afssvr -instance fs -type fs \
-cmd /usr/afs/bin/fileserver /usr/afs/bin/volserver /usr/afs/bin/salvager \
-cell bamboo.com -noauth
(I start bosserver -noauth for first time)

What is wrong?
