[OpenAFS] Win2K Server Configuration

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a win2k box as an afs server in an existing cell.
The configuration wizard is great!  However, I am having the following
problems:
1) When the wizard starts up, it says it can't open the log file.
2) When the wizard actually tries to start the services, it hang
starting BOS.

Log files would probably help in this case, but because of (1) are not
available.  If anyone has any idea what might be causing the problem, I
would appreciate it.
