[OpenAFS] pts does not work under Win9x

Hi there,
we have just installed an OpenAFS 1.2.2b client on Win98. We can access
the AFS file system and tried to issue a "pts mem" command. We get the
error: ****LWP: no READY processes
This is followed by an exception 03H in module pts.exe at 0167:0040f577

It looks like no single pts command (except "help") works, although fs
works fine.

Is this a known issue? Can we do anything about it?
