[OpenAFS] OpenAFS with Linux Kernel 2.4.18

Yeah, I did a build of openafs-1.2.3 against the kernel.org 2.4.18.  The build 
goes fine and works great; however, the "afs client won't let the computer 
finish rebooting" problem seems to be back.  I haven't had time to track down 
what's causing it (yet).
