[OpenAFS] Debian AFS Install Problem

The mention of "cell alpha" and the "tokens for afs@alpha" worry me.
What is the domain and realm, and how did you come up with them?

I notice from your Received lines that a similar confusion:

As for the rxkad error, you can run the number though translate_et
(which I don't have built here, but it looks like it was one of the
ones in the test case:)
19270407 (rxk).7 = security object was passed a bad ticket

which doesn't help further, as you already saw that expanded
correctly from bos.
