[OpenAFS] OpenAFS for Windows (bosserver failed to start)

I downloaded OpenAFS for Windows (Version 1.2.2.b) and installed it on
Windows 2K server. When I ran the AFS server configuration wizard to setup
the first server in a new AFS cell, it took me through several windows to
define the cell name, password, database server, backup database server,
etc.  But it stop at "Start the Database Service (includes Backup Server)",
failed to start the BOS server.  The error message window "Error - AFS
Server Configuration" popup with error message "A configuration error has
occurred, Error: timed out waiting for the AFS bosserver control service to
start or stop (0x00004634)"   The error log file as following:

bosserver control service to start or stop.
10:32:55 03/18/02:  Configuration has failed.

I wonder where did it go wrong, and how to fix it.  Help needed!!!
