[OpenAFS] Cannot create new files. Openafs 1.2.3-final2, Debian testing.

Downgrade to 1.2.2, upgrade to a 2.4 kernel, or wait for the 1.2.4
release. The patch to fix this causes another problem and I'm testing the
answer to that right now.
