[OpenAFS] moving file sets

are there any afs commands that would optimize moving file sets from one
location to another?  I have a directory tree that I would like to move to
a new location.  Rather than having to pull all the files to my client,
then spew them back to the server I was hoping there would be an afs aware
copy/move command that would accomplish this withing the afs server.
Something like novell's ncopy command...
