[OpenAFS] AFS Backups

Hmm..  Why do you say that?  I did it this way for years and it
worked fine, using -localauth on a fileserver, as previously mentioned
by Tino.  In my case I didn't want the tape loader to be on a fileserver,
so I made the system with the tape loader a fileserver with no vice
partitions.
