We are using it in our 1.3.20 apache. But now I am having problems making
it go under 1.3.23. I posted a query to the list a couple months ago and
nobody responded :)

The IBM documentation for making it work with Apache is long outdated and
does not apply to the 1.3.x series of Apache. I've been meaning to try and
get this working again, but it hasn't been a top priority.
