[OpenAFS] OpenAFS fileserver behind NAT

I actually tried fixing the netutil.c code so that it
recognized the "f " prefix and acted accordingly. 
While my patch to the code appears to have worked --
my modified NetInfo files are read, and the "fake"
public addresses I put in them appear when I do fs
getser or vos lista -- it doesn't seem to have solved
my problem: I still only get the private IP address on
my list of file servers in my client (despite having
completely removed and reinstalled it).

Anybody have any thoughts?

I'd be happy to post the code I inserted, if anyone
cares...
