[OpenAFS] fs setacl

Hi,
I'm setting up a test AFS network. Installing the first server machine (R=
H=20
7.1, OpenAFS 1.2.3 RPM's, not source), I'm trying to set the ACL on /afs =
(fs=20
setacl /afs system:anyuser rl). I get the error:
fs: Invalid argument; It is possible /afs is not in AFS.=20
I have the root.cell already created. admin user is all set. *server proc=
esses=20
are all running. CellServDB & ThisCell files are correct. I can't get /af=
s to=20
mount at boot time.=20
