It wouldn't be in the Transarc docs -- dynroot has only been implemented
in OpenAFS recently, and it seems unlikely that Transarc will integrate
it into IBM AFS at this point.  I think I mentioned it in the NEWS file
for the 1.2.3 release, but yeah, the state of documentation isn't very
good, especially for the OpenAFS-only features.
