[OpenAFS] wierd server install error

Hello All

I'm trying to the first AFS server in my cell and I'm getting the errors 
below while running the commands (to start kaserver, ptserver and 
vlserver) as per the "Starting the Database Server Processes" in my BosLog:

kaserver is executable. Any idea why I'm getting this? Ive installed my 
AFS server before, but this is the first time with openafs 1.2.x.
