Hi
I wish to know if I can authenticate to two different cells at once.
My organization has two different AFS cells with different
filespaces - engin.umich.edu and umich.edu.
I use openafs (version 1.2.4-rh7.3.2) for accessing my
engin.umich.edu space on my linux
machine. Using klog, I can access my umich.edu space as well. I usually
login with my
AFS password (its the same for both AFS cells). My /etc/pam.d/login
reads :
auth sufficient /lib/security/pam_afs.krb.so try_first_pass
ignore_root
auth required /lib/security/pam_securetty.so
auth required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth
auth required /lib/security/pam_nologin.so
account required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth
password required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth
session required /lib/security/pam_stack.so service=system-auth
session optional /lib/security/pam_console.so
Is there a way I can authenticate to both cells - engin.umich.edu as
well as umich.edu at once
? (without having to klog separately for umich.edu)
My /usr/vice/etc/ThisCell reads :
engin.umich.edu
Would adding another line for umich.edu solve the problem ?
Thanks,
Madhusudan Singh.
