[OpenAFS] Problems with W2K OpenAFS

Hello all,

Is anyone out there successfully using the Windows NT/2000 OpenAFS package?

I just installed it and believe/hope I have configured it appropriately for
my cell.

But...., I'm getting the following error when I attempt to get a token:

Error - AFS Client
The AFS Client was unable to obtain tokens as <myid> in cell <mycell>.
Error: 56 (Authentication Server was unavailable)

I enabled the "Report Session Startups" option under Diagnostic
Configuration and get the following message in the Application Log:

The description for Event ID ( 1004 ) in Source ( AFS Client ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information
or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The
following information is part of the event: SMB session startup, 0 ongoing
ops.

I also noticed that I have been getting this message in the Application log
every 3 minutes since I enabled the AFS Client service to start at bootup,
so I don't think it's related to when I attempted to get tokens

Anyone out there encountered this problem and fixed it or have any ideas
what I can check/try?

I can access my AFS Authentication Server for my cell from both a Linux and
AIX box with no problems, so I don't think the problem is a server side
problem unless there is something our AFS admins need to do to support W2K.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!
